By accessing or using the services of FPC Germantown Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.

FPC Germantown Concrete provides professional concrete installation, repair, and related services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include but are not limited to driveways, patios, foundations, decorative concrete, repairs, walkways, and masonry work.

All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and weather conditions. We provide estimates based on site evaluations, and final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from initial assessments. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

We provide free estimates for most projects. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Pricing is based on current material costs, labor rates, and site conditions observed during the estimate visit.

If unexpected site conditions are discovered during work that require additional materials or labor, we will notify you immediately and provide revised pricing before proceeding. You have the right to approve or decline any additional work and associated costs.

Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Payment is due within the timeframe specified in your contract.

We provide estimated project timelines based on typical conditions. However, concrete work is highly weather-dependent. Rain, extreme temperatures, and other weather conditions may cause delays beyond our control.

We are not liable for delays caused by weather, material delivery issues, utility location delays, permit processing, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to reschedule as quickly as possible.

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your project contract. Warranties typically cover defects in workmanship but do not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, ground settling, freeze-thaw cycles, or acts of nature.

Concrete naturally develops minor hairline cracks due to curing and temperature changes. These cosmetic cracks do not affect structural integrity and are not covered under warranty. We will explain normal concrete characteristics during your consultation.

By scheduling services, you grant us access to your property for the duration of the project. You agree to secure pets, inform us of any underground utilities, and disclose any site hazards or access restrictions.

We maintain a safe work environment and follow industry safety standards. During active work, the job site may present safety hazards. We ask that you keep children, pets, and unauthorized persons away from the work area until completion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FPC Germantown Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services or any delays in performance.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms will be outlined in your project contract. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or work has commenced.

We reserve the right to cancel projects if payment is not received as agreed, if site conditions make work unsafe or impractical, or if you breach these terms of service. In such cases, you will be charged for work completed to date.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Montgomery County, Maryland.
